Stratus offers MLS staff extensive administrative tools that help manage their MLS system. Tools include usage tracking, document management, system monitoring and performance, trends and statistical reports, permission level management, third-party access, and more.

Since data integrity plays an important role in the success of all MLS systems, Stratus MLS offers numerous features and tools that insure data reliability. Stratus facilitates this by incorporating — in listings and reports — business rules and field validations specific to the MLS.

Tools for authorized staff are available, when required, to bypass business rules, reset field values across a group of listings, and track duplicate listings. Without the aid of a developer, staff can modify field help, listing reports, tables, street dictionaries, and business rules.

Most importantly, Stratus offers additional administrative tools as the MLS's needs develop.

Info Center

Stratus Info Center serves as a communications hub for news and scheduled events.The MLS can tailor Info Center with links to important documents, such as rules and regulations, education offerings, reports of local market activity, legislative calls to action, links to technology partners, and other products and services offered. For Regional MLSs, each Association may have unique news, calendar, and other links.
